The AAP/SSS Test Administration is a service provided to Chaminade students who: 1) have documented accommodations on file with the Chaminade Counseling Center, 2) need to make-up an exam 3) take an exam on a different date than the rest of the class.
To arrange for an exam to be administered, Instructors are required to submit paper copies of exam with the Test Administration Form to the AAP/SSS office. Exams and documentation must be submitted to an AAP/SSS staff member at least two hours prior to a testing session. We reserve the right to deny services and/or reschedule sessions.
Test Administration is available Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm. Faculty and students must plan ahead to allow enough time to start and complete an exam.
The student will take the exam at the AAP Learning Center in the Student Support Services Building. An AAP/SSS staff member will administer the exam. Please note that our area may be crowded and/or loud, due to tutoring and other services. Disposable ear plugs will be distributed upon request.
We are unable to provide a private testing space for students. If there is a required accommodation, the faculty member should contact the Chaminade Counseling Center (at least 24 hours in advance) for assistance.
The AAP/SSS is unable to accommodate Test Administration for an entire class. Instructors should make arrangements with his/her individual department staff if he/she is not able to personally administer an exam.
Instructors must pick up all exams. If an instructor is unable to do so, he/she must notify an AAP/SSS staff via telephone or e-mail to authorize a proxy to sign for exam. If exams are not picked up by the last day of finals, the staff will return materials via interoffice mail to the division office.
