MILITARY BASE SECURITY & PARKING – PLEASE CALL THE SITE OFFICE BEFORE PICKING UP YOUR PASS
Non-military students wishing to attend Chaminade University classes held on military bases are welcome on a space-available basis. Early registration is recommended to insure admittance to both the class and the respective military base. Access to some Military bases may not be possible due to increased security conditions. Students are reminded they are guests on all military sites and are required to conform to all base rules and regulations while there. Seat belts must be worn at all times, speed limits and any other restrictions must be obeyed. Motorcycle and moped operators and passengers must wear a helmet and reflective vest.

Base pass applications must be received by CUH at least 14 business days before the first class meeting. Applications can be requested by emailing the Chaminade Pearl Harbor AEOP Office at aup-hickam@chaminade.edu.
Schofield: Students should be providing the dates of their classes and Social Security numbers so they can pick up their passes at Leilehua Golf Course. The required documents are listed below under Privately Owned Vehicle. Those who have classes on Schofield should call our office at 624-2515.
Tripler AMC: Students who have classes on Tripler should call them at 840-1025 before picking up their passes. The required documents should include the documents listed below. Base passes should be picked up at Tripler Army Medical Center-Aloha Center/Pass Office at the ocean side of the hospital.

Take H-2 North towards Wahiawa, Exit at #7, Mililani Tech Park and Wheeler AAF. Turn Right at Stop Sign at the end of the exit ramp. make an immediate Left into Leilehua Golf Course gates (Large White Iron Gates). The IAP Office is located in the House - Building Number 608, located at the far end of the parking lot.

Leilehua Installation Access Pass Office, Open Monday through Friday, 0900 - 1530. Closed on Holidays.
Identification Requirements to receive an Installation Access Pass (IAP) ID Card
All personnel must have in their possession, a Photographic Identification Card (drivers license is accepted) and an original Social Security Card.

INSTRUCTORS: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 0600-1200
STUDENTS: Monday through Friday, 0700-1545
We will need at least a week to get term passes; otherwise we can only get a one day pass. Students need to call our office and provide their full name & social – we will verify that they are in the classes via datatel and then a letter will be sent to the Joint Education Center. All pass letters must come from Joint Education Center & I will be sending the instructors pass letters about three weeks prior to the start of the term.

Civilian students should email aup-pearl@chaminade.edu at least 7 business days before the first class meeting to have their name placed on the Sand Island Coast Guard Guest list.
