Marines (Camp Smith & Kaneohe Marine Corps Base)

Access protocol is quite easy for civilians, before you venture out to obtain your pass, please call the Kaneohe Marine Base office at 254-1256 so they can place you on a list of civilian instructors and students and the days and times you will be on base.  There are no applications to fill out, but you do need the required documents for a base pass.  Borrowed cars will not be permitted nor drop offs.  You will need to be in line to the Pass House before 1630 to get your term pass, after 1630 you will be allowed on a day by day basis.  Civilians who enroll during the last week before the start of classes or during the drop/add should check with Kaneohe office to make sure that they get on the list just to be on the safe side.

Navy (Pearl Harbor)

Pearl Harbor is restricted to personnel who'd otherwise have access to a base.
