Retreats

In accordance with our mission to raise awareness of our Catholic Marianist traditions, Campus Ministry offers several retreat opportunities throughout the academic year for our students, faculty and staff.

Each retreat is different in its approach to articulating the Marianist charism of being a community of faith in service and mission to our brothers and sisters and to the greater Church community.

Click on the links to your left for more information on the different retreat programs available.

What are Retreats?

CUH Campus Ministry offers students opportunities to take time off from their “real world” to develop their faith and to build and nurture a faith community with their peers on/off campus. Retreats include presentations by peers on various topics followed with personal reflection and small/large group discussions.

What are some of the benefits of attending retreats?

Students who have participated on retreats have expressed that:

  1. Retreats have helped them to meet new people who have in time become friends;
  2. Through the retreat experience, there is a deeper sense of community; ‘ohana (family) and it doesn’t end – it continues on campus;
  3. Retreats renew my relationship with God; strengthen my faith; and help me in my relationships.
