Kelsey serves as the Graduate Assistant to Katherine T. Kawaguchi, the Director of the Office of Naval Research (ONR) and Educational Leadership Program. She has also served as the Graduate Assistant in the implementation of the NHEA Pua Lililehua Project under Chaminade University.
