The Environmental + Interior Design program is seeking a REVIT-proficient individual to teach EID 319 Advanced CAD-Intro to Revit. Under the direction of the Director of Student Activities and Leadership (OSAL), the Activities Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the development and coordination of student programs focused on wellness including but not limited to healthy living, fitness, nutrition, stress management, substance use/abuse, sexual health, and other aspects of wellness that enhance student life at the university. The Activities Coordinator is also responsible for coordinating the recreational sports/intramural program. The position supervises student workers who support the recreational sports/intramural program and Student Office Assistants working in the Vi & Paul Loo Student Center. The Activities Coordinator also assists the Director of OSAL with various programs sponsored by the office and the Division of Student Affairs to support the university’s overall retention and engagement goals.

As a member of the Office of Retention, Advising, and Career Preparation, the Advisor engages undergraduate students in promoting their academic, professional, and overall development from their orientation through graduation. Advisors will provide general career advising and academic success support to students. In addition to general advising duties, the Advisor also assists the Director of Retention, Advising, and Career Preparation with various aspects of the Division including, but not limited to specific duties related to Retention, Transition, and Career Planning. This position is also responsible for planning and implementing the CONNECT to SUCCESS and Imi’ Ike programs.

The Judicial Affairs Officer investigates and handles all student code of conduct violations that occur outside of the residence halls.  This position serves as secondary, appeals level of the disciplinary process on all violations of the student code of conduct occurring within and outside of the residence halls.  The Judicial Affairs Officer also trains the residential life staff in proper investigation and report writing and works together with the Director of Residential Life and the Dean of Students to create Residential Life and Student Code of Conduct policies and procedures.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.   Preferably a Master’s degree in student affairs, law, higher education administration, education, counseling, social sciences, or a field relevant to the position.

Minimum Experience:

  • The equivalent of two years of experience in judicial affairs. Preferably in student judicial affairs and legal procedures.


  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with the methods, materials, practices, procedures, techniques and concepts related to: advising, interpersonal counseling, and alternative dispute resolution.

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding marketing collateral in Chaminade University’s Enrollment Management Department.  Specializing in prospective student messaging, this position identifies and develops assets for website, email, social media and print campaigns that support recruiting objectives as directed by the Director of Marketing Communications.   Tasks require a strong attention to detail, creative vision, understanding of marketing practices and the ability to work under tight deadlines. This position reports to the Director of Marketing Communications.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field highly desired.

Minimum Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience working with a range of online communications projects; photography/design projects, and implementation of social media initiatives.
  • Understanding of information architecture and website design best practices.
  • Ability to understand and review analytics in website traffic, social media and email.

Technical Skills:

This position reports to the Off-Campus Program Coordinator and is responsible for supporting the respective Off-Campus Program Coordinator and assisting in the daily activities of the office.

This position reports to the Director of Client Services and is responsible for providing walk-in technology services and AV equipment support/operation for on/off campus activities to the Chaminade community.  The Technician coordinates with other members of Information Technologies and Support to maximize the efficiency and availability of services offered, including access to educational technology in classrooms, to online education, and to administrative functions inherent in the ERP.  Also performs non walk-in services when time is available.

Minimum Education / Experience:

  • An associate degree form an accredited institution or 3 years customer service experience in an educational environment. 
  • Experience providing assistance to students, faculty and staff in a research or educational institution.


  • Requires a high degree of technical competence along with the ability to interact positively with students, faculty and staff who possess a wide range of educational backgrounds and technical competence.
  • Strong communications and diplomatic skills are essential, along with discretion when working with sensitive information.
