Chaminade University invites applications and nominations for the position of Assistant Professor of Economics to join the School of Business and Communication beginning Fall 2017. This tenure track position will involve teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses, shaping the economics curriculum and maintaining a high level of professional activity through research and service.
Candidates must have a commitment to excellence in teaching and research. Candidates are expected to have a PhD in economics completed by the start of the fall 2017 term. Previous teaching experience, evidence of potential for an active research program, and experience in a multi-cultural environment are desirable.
Chaminade University is a private co-educational university located in Honolulu, Hawai‘i. Chaminade also offers an MBA program in Macau in collaboration with the Macau Institute of Management.
