Education

Fr. Joe Lackner, Ed.D.Fr. Joe Lackner is a graduate of Purcell High School in Cincinnati. He entered the Society of Mary in 1959 immediately after high school. He taught for several years in Marianist high schools in Ohio and at the University of Dayton. He has worked as a staff person for the Worship Office of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, engaged in retreat ministry, been director of campus ministry at the University of Dayton, served as assistant provincial for the Province of Cincinnati, and has written for both academic and pastoral publications. Fr. Joe loves movies.
