• Direct Loan Master Promissory Note- Required for first time Direct Loan borrowers
• Entrance Counseling for Direct Loans- Required for first time Direct Loan borrowers
• Exit Counseling for Direct Loans- Required once a student is no longer attending the Chaminade at least half time 
• FAFSA-IRS Data Retrieval Tool & Tax Transcript A tool for transferring tax return information to your FAFSA. The tax transcript will be a requirement in the verification process.
