How To Do It :
When you have completed the Chaminade application form for admission online, you will be issued a new, official Chaminade ID number, usually within 24 hours. (If you send in the paper app it will take a few days longer.) The ID number will be sent to you in a notice by snail mail, or call Admissions and ask us for it, at 808-739-8340 or 1-800-735-3733.
To go online to see your file, you will need your Chaminade ID number and the password. The password is the last 4 digits of your social security number.
Once you have your login, click on this link to the WebPortal, and then look on the right for the WebAdvisor link. Click on WebAdvisor and you will find detailed information regarding your Chaminade application file record.
