Teach children the value of literacy through science!
This course explores in practical and theoretical ways how authentic uses of literacy with inquiry-based science enhances learning in both disciplines. Students will examine various ways to engage all children in science and literacy through multiple learning modalities. Since students will earn three graduate credits, they must be prepared for the highly concentrated format of the five-day summer institute format.
