How To Change Your Email Password

To change your email password, please follow these steps:

1. Login to your email account.
2. In the top right corner of the screen you will see a link called "Options" (see picture below). If you click on it, you will be directed to another page.

   

3. On the next page in the left hand margin, click on the option called “Change Password”. This should take you to the screen below.

   

4. Input your current and your new password (the new password is inputted twice).
5. After you have inputted your information and try to leave the page you will be asked whether you want to save the changes. Click on "Save".
6. If you were successful you will receive a message saying "Your password has been changed. Press OK to login with your new password."

PLEASE NOTE: Since your exchange email account and the Portal are interconnected, changing the password in either one will automatically change the password in the other as well.
