What To Do If You Forgot Your Email Password
If you attempted to log in to your student email account and was unsuccessful or if you simply forgot your email password, you will need to come down to the computer lab in the Sullivan Library with a valid photo Id or call us at (808) 735-4855 so we can verify your identity and reset your password. If you choose to call or email us at the Help Desk we will need the following information from you:
- First and last name
- Chaminade ID number
- Contact phone number
- Address that the school would have on record
- Student status (current or not current)
