Mike Herb has an MBA in Marketing from Harvard Business School. He has years of experience in consulting, financial planning, networking, and business plan reviewing. Mike's business background includes IBM, Louvau Systems, Prescolite, Alexander and Baldwin, Morgan Stanley, and Dean Witter. He is District Director of SCORE Hawaii, which provides free and confidential business advice and counseling to start-up and in-business entrepreneurs.
Rob Kay is a writer and public relations practitioner with 30+ years experience in Hawaii and the Mainland. Rob has worked with all the major local and mainland press including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Businessweek, Forbes, Fortune and many others. He is the founder of Pac-Tech Communications, a boutique public relations firm with offices in both Hawaii and California. An experienced travel writer, he has also written books on Fiji and Tahiti for the Lonely Planet series.
Bob Kihune is the former Executive Director of the Natural Energy Laboratory of Hawaii Authority in Kona, Hawaii and was a Trustee of the Kamehameha Schools. He is a retired Vice Admiral who served 35 years in the U.S. Navy and who commanded many ships including the all famous USS Kitty Hawk Aircraft Carrier Battle Group. He currently serves as CEO of Sandwich Isles Communication, Inc., which provides telecommunications services to Hawaiian Home Lands (HHL) communities and commercial properties located on HHL.

Russel Cheng is a career entrepreneur with diverse international experiences. He is currently co-founder of the startup Beebleo, an eBook marketplace and founder of StartupHui, a startup incubator designed to help jumpstart first-time entrepreneurs get their Internet companies launched and funded. He spent 16 years living in Japan and Asia prior to coming home to Hawai‘i.
Primary areas of interest and expertise: Japan and China, Internet, marketing, entrepreneurship, innovation, creativity, mentoring and risk-taking.
