This is a challenging senior position for an experienced self-starter with well-developed administrative, organizational and secretarial skills. Requires an individual with the ability to prioritize, relate to the public, exercise initiative, good judgment, confidentiality and tact. Must be able to interact well with a variety of people, transcribe from hand written copy, dictation from tapes, meeting minutes, and communicates effectively both verbally and in writing. Bachelorís Degree and three years of experience as an administrative assistant or office manager or ten years of experience in increasing office responsibilities. Requires a highly proficient individual experienced in Microsoft Office Suite software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat and Apple programs.
GRADUATE ASSISTANT ATHLETIC TRAINER INTERN
Part-time position working twenty hours per week for a 10 month period at $10,000 stipend as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer. Medical, dental and a limited education tuition waiver benefit available upon acceptance to a masterís program at Chaminade University. Under the supervision of the Head Athletic Trainer, the candidate will be assigned to care for and prevent athletic injuries, provide practice and competition coverage, and other duties assigned by the Athletic Training Staff. Will be expected to assist during the transitional period between seasons of the 10 sponsored team sports (Cross Country, Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Softball, and Golf). Hours vary to include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bachelorís Degree, NATA BOC Certification, Athletic Trainer Registration license with the State of Hawaii, Professional CPR/AED and First Aid, and current driverís license. HEAD MENíS SOCCER COACH (PART-TIME)
Position available for a part-time position as the Head Menís Soccer Coach who is responsible for: recruitment and retention; supervision of assistant coaches and others; team academics with emphasis on eligibility and progress toward graduation; practice/game preparation and management; student-athlete strength and conditioning; travel arrangements and logistics; scouting of opponents / video exchange; and oversight of team equipment. Traveling with the team will be required. Applicant must possess a valid driverís license. Qualifications will include a Bachelorís degree and playing/coaching experience and adhere to NCAA Division II and Pacific West Conference rules and regulations. Applicants will possess effective organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
MONTESSORI LEAD TEACHER
The Montessori lead teacher position is responsible for leading the teaching staff in curriculum development and facilitation, assessment and all other teaching duties. The Lead teacher will support the training and education of teacher candidates in an effort to mentor teacher candidates who are completing their practicum. Masterís degree in Early Childhood Education and an AMS Certificate is required with a minimum of three to five yearís work experience teaching in a Montessori environment.
STUDENTS ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK
Seeking a detail-oriented individual responsible for the accounting function related to student accounts including: processing of special billings; posting of miscellaneous charges and disbursements. Must have excellent oral communications skills, an aptitude for figures, strong computer skills and be customer service oriented. Accounts receivable experience preferred.
