Be-Jay Kodama was named recently as the Alumni Relations Officer for Chaminade University of Hawaii. In this newly created position, Kodama will be responsible for the development, coordination and execution of programs that strengthen the bonds of alumni with the University. Kodama previously worked as a marketing coordinator for KGMB 9 TV-CBS Affiliate as an integral part of their executive management team, directing and implementing KGMB’s marketing plans, objectives and strategies. Before that she worked for the University Hawaii Auxiliary Enterprises as its marketing and promotions manager and was responsible for the overall management of all aspects of the marketing and promotion of the University of Hawaii Rainbowtique shops and other Auxiliary Enterprises programs. She has also worked for KSSK as their promotions director and was responsible for all areas of promotions and public relations at Hawaii’s #1-rated radio station. Kodama is also a ‘86 alumna of Chaminade University graduating with a B.A. in Communications.
