Honolulu, HI – April 26, 2006— Chaminade University of Honolulu announced that in the light of the new Pacific West Athletics Conference alignment, the University will have a new format to its intercollegiate sports program starting in fall 2006. The Silverswords intercollegiate sports program will include six women’s sports and four men’s sports in alignment with the conference’s NCAA Championship Sports offerings. Sports to be offered will be women’s basketball, cross country, soccer, softball, tennis and volleyball and men’s basketball, cross country, golf and soccer.
