G.N. Wilcox Trust Awards Grant to Chaminade University

HONOLULUJune 25, 2007Chaminade University has received a $10,000 grant from G.N. Wilcox Trust to be used for the purchase and installation of multimedia switchboxes in classrooms across campus.

“The grant allows us to buy 13 special multimedia switchboxes. Each one will go into a classroom to upgrade the classroom’s multimedia equipment,” said Dr. Jon Nakasone, Chaminade director of educational technology. “It’ll benefit both faculty and students by allowing for easier switching between various media devices –DVD, video, computer and document camera-- with the press of a single button.”
