Honolulu, Hi—October 25, 2005 -- A special forum titled “Writing the Vietnam War: Humanities Perspectives” will be presented by Chaminade University of Honolulu, on Monday, November 7, 2005, at 7 p.m. in the Ching Conference Center. This event focuses upon the past, present, and future of writing about the Vietnam War and addresses the teaching of such writing. A panel of national and local writers will offer comments about their writing on the war from different humanities perspectives. Panelists include:
