This program is sponsored by the Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA) and is designed to provide financial assistance to economically disadvantaged Hawaiian families that have extraordinary educational expenses related to attending private elementary or secondary schools in Hawai‘i or participating in programs providing educational services for students with special needs. The program is administered through the Financial Aid Office (FAO) of Chaminade University of Honolulu (CUH).
