Patricia Lee Robinson, Associate Provost Mrs. Lee-Robinson is the Associate Provost and directs the Office of Health Professions Advising and Undergraduate Research. For the past several years she has spearheaded efforts to expand opportunities for Chaminade students to participate in a wide range of enrichment and research programs on the mainland US, and to attend conferences. Mrs. Lee-Robinson has been instrumental in securing articulation agreements with medical schools and health professions schools which reserve seats for qualified Chaminade students. She is also Chaminade institutional coordinator for the Leadership Alliance, an academic consortium of 33 institutions of higher learning, including leading research and teaching colleges and universities. The mission of the Leadership Alliance is to develop underrepresented students into outstanding leaders and role models in the academic, business and public sectors. Faculty Profile.

Hazel Quitog
Secretary

Hazel Quitog Ms. Hazel Quitog is a graduate from the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa, with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Previously, she was the Assistant Director at New Hope Leeward's Children's Ministry, and Guidance Adviser for the TRIO Upward Bound Programs. Currently, she is the Secretary at the Office of Health Professions Advising and Undergraduate Research. During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son, family, and friends. She loves God, going to the beach, reading, and volunteering at her church.

Dr. Amber Caracol
Health Professions Advisor

Hazel Quitog Dr. Amber Caracol received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa where she participated in the Haumana and MARC Biomedical Research Programs. She earned her Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology and a certificate in Molecular Medicine from the University of Washington in 2011. Her dissertation focused on understanding DNA repair mechanisms and their involvement in cancer progression. Dr. Caracol taught Biology and Human Anatomy and Physiology within the Seattle Community College District and at Leeward Community College on Oahu. She has also taught Biotechnology in Malaysia and Saudi Arabia. Dr. Caracol was a founding member and past president of the SACNAS Student Chapter at the University of Washington and is a member of the ‘Ilima SACNAS Chapter at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. In addition to her responsibilities at Chaminade, Dr. Caracol works with students at Waianae High School in the Manoa Educational Talent Search Program, which supports underserved and first-generation college students to pursue postsecondary education. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends in addition to making jewelry and going to the beach.
