Professor Wayne Tanna's S-L Projects are Recognized

Spring 2009 Semester

The nonprofit study Professor Wayne Tanna's class did in 2007 was submitted to another journal; Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly (NVSQ). The paper has been returned with a few suggestions.

Another accepted paper on the SAT Test and its discriminatory effects on the poor is almost ready to be sent back to the Academic Exchange Quarterly which has committed to publication in an upcoming edition.

And finally, the excerpts from the Faculty Resource Network (FRN) National Symposium in San Francisco (with Richard Kido, Candice Sakuda, and Mike Fassiotto) have been published in the FRN Publications. There will soon be four publications (three refereed) on service, service learning and poverty before summer. We hope that this will also assist with our IACBE (International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education) accreditation efforts.
