How to Become a Tutor

Peer Tutors

The minimum qualifications are:

  1. full-time Chaminade student,
  2. minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0,
  3. departmental recommendation, and
  4. a letter of recommendation by a Chaminade faculty member in the subject you wish to tutor in.

Professional Tutors

The minimum qualifications are:

  1. have a Bachelor's degree or higher,
  2. submit a current resume,
  3. departmental recommendation from a faculty member of Chaminade University in the subject you wish to tutor in.
