View Your Personal File Online

You can check online to see your records.
Note: If you have recently requested that items be sent to us, we may not have received them yet. If you have any concerns, please contact us at admissions@chaminade.edu or (808) 739-8340.

How To View Your File:

Link: WebPortal (see login, password, and important directions below.)

Login ID: When you have completed the application form, you will be issued a new, official Chaminade ID number, usually within 24 hours. The ID number will be sent to you in a notice by snail mail, or call Admissions and ask us for it, at 808-739-8340 or 1-800-735-3733.

Password: The password is the last 4 digits of your social security number.

Important: Once you have your login, click on the above link to the Webportal then look on the FAR LOWER right for the WebAdvisor tab. Look there under the COMMUNICATION link, and you will find detailed information regarding your Chaminade application file record and other documents. (Note: you may need to pull your browser window open wider to the left to see the Webadvisor tab, or scroll down farther.)

You can check:

• Documents we have received (including the application, test scores, transcripts)
• Your application status
• Your financial aid
• Your scholarship award letter

and more.
