You can check your status online to see what documents we have received.
There is a $25 fee for an online application and a $50 fee to process the paper application.
Online Applicaton:
You can complete the online application form in more than one session. It is divided into several sections. Once you have started the app, check your email-- you will be emailed a login and password so you can login again and finish it. Apply Online
If you can't find your login, you can go to the start page again and follow the directions for a lost password. It will be emailed to you immediately.

You can download a pdf application, or request that a paper application be sent to you by admissions (email us at Chaminade Admissions with your request. ) There is a $50 application fee to process the paper application.
