If English is not your first language, we will need the results of your TOEFL test. To schedule a test & order score reports, see www. ets.org

Check Progress


Once you have applied, login and check your application status online using our Web Portal.

Requirements:

For unconditional admission we require a minimum of:

  • GPA 2.25
  • SAT 900 (critical reading and math) or ACT 19
  • or TOEFL (only needed if English is not your first language) paper-based minimum 550, computer-based minimum 21, or 79-80 internet based

High School Credits

We do not require specific high school course credits for admission. However, all applicants should have earned a high school diploma or the equivalent. Adequate preparation typically includes:

English Four years
Social Studies Three years
Mathematics Three years
Science Two years
College Preparatory Electives Four years

Completing Your Application File

After you have filled out the application form, to complete your application file, be sure to make arrangements to have these documents sent directly to us.

1. Your official high school transcript.

2. Your official test results:

  • Take either the SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test), or the ACT (American College Test). Please note, if the test results from the SAT or ACT are included on your official high school transcript, you are not required to have them sent from the testing service.
  • Non-Native Speakers of English: Instead of the tests listed above, take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).

Step 4. Check Your Application Status & Materials Received

After you have submitted an application, you can conveniently check the status of your application, and materials that we have received by mail, all online in our web portal.

Your Web Portal login and password: When your completed application is received, you will be issued a Chaminade ID number. Use this 7-digit number for your login. You will receive this number in a letter from admissions, or call us and we will give it to you. (Note: use the last 4 digits of your social security number for your password.) » Web Portal
