We will need transcripts sent from all institutions you have attended.
If you earned fewer than 24 college semester credits, we will need a high school transcript & test scores as well. You can order score reports sent to us: SAT: www.collegeboard.com ACT: www.act.org

Would you be interested in knowing the total number of credits that will transfer to Chaminade, and transfer courses that can be applied to your degree requirements here? We are happy to provide an unofficial transfer evaluation free of charge. Please email Marlene Baker, Enrollment Specialist, to set up an appointment or for more information: mbaker@chaminade.edu.

Requirements:

Minimum requirement for transfer is a college grade point average of 2.0.

If you have fewer than 24 college semester credits, admissions requirements for first-year students will apply.

Completing Your Application File

After you have filled out the application form, to complete your application file, be sure to make arrangements to have these documents sent directly to us.

  • Official transcripts from each college/university attended, and a list of courses in progress if applicable.

If you have fewer than 24 college semester credits, we will need:

  • A copy of your official high school transcript
  • Your official test results:
    • SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test), or the ACT (American College Test). Please note, if the test results from the SAT or ACT are included on your official high school transcript and you are sending that, you are not required to have them sent from the testing service.
    • Non-Native Speakers of English: Instead of the tests listed above, we will need the results from the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).

Step 4. Check Your Application Status & Materials Received

You can conveniently check the status of your Chaminade application online in our web portal. You will be able to see when we receive your mailed items.

Your Web Portal login and password: When your completed application is received, you will be issued a Chaminade ID number. Use this 7-digit number for your login. You will receive this number in a letter from admissions, or call us and we will give it to you. (Note: use the last 4 digits of your social security number for your password.) » Web Portal
