Make Monthly Payments, Several Payment Options

Many parents are interested in a monthly tuition payment plan. We have arrangements with Tuition Management Systems, a division of Keybank, to offer a payment plan. You may have received a brochure from Tuition Management Systems in the mail.

WITHOUT the plan, you will receive a bill from Chaminade before the start of each semester for the total tuition and fees owed for that semester. The amount is due in full by the first day of the semester.

WITH the plan, you can pay in installments throughout the semester:

  • Make monthly payments: Sign up for up to 10 months of payments for 2 semesters of tuition or select a different payment option. A common option is to select 10 monthly payments due on the 15th of each month from July 15 to April 15.
  • Make smaller payments: Begin payments before the term starts (enabling a smaller payment amount)
  • Use an automatic deduction from your checking or savings account

Costs:

  • The plan is interest-free
  • There is a $55 per semester fee to sign up each semester.
  • For an annual plan there is a one-time $75 fee.

Added advantages

Avoid using credit: WITHOUT the plan, if you are on a tight budget the tuition payment may be simply too large to pay all at once and you could be forced to borrow or charge a large sum to your credit card. WITH the plan, unnecessary interest charges can be avoided.

Enroll even with balance due: WITHOUT the plan, the account balance from the previous semester must be paid in full before the student can attend the upcoming semester. WITH the plan, a student can enroll even though the account balance may not be fully paid.
