How to Register

  • Make sure your registration account is working. Start at one of these two sites: http://portal.chaminade.edu/ or http://webadvisor.chaminade.edu/
  • If you’re having problems logging in, email helpdesk@chaminade.edu or call 735-4855
  • Check your account to make sure you have no holds.
  • The following students will have “Advising” Holds on their account:
    • Students on Academic Probation
    • Students who have completed 45 + credits and have not officially declared a major.
    • If you fit into either of these categories, you MUST meet with an academic advisor before registering.
  • Register online
  • Log in (Password: last four of your SSN, unless you changed it.)
  • Click on “webadvisor”
  • Click on “register for classes”
  • Click on “search and register for classes”
  • Select appropriate term.
  • Select classes by subject, days and times, etc.
    • Choose a “subject” and type in a number under “course number”
  • When you have your classes selected, you can click on “submit”
  • Next to your selections, where it says “action”, use the drop down list to choose “register”.
  • Click on submit and you should be registered.
  • IMPORTANT!! Print out a copy of your schedule to make sure your selections are properly represented.
