Submitting a Housing Application/Contract

  1. If obtaining application from website print out all 4 pages.
  2. Complete housing application/contract and the roommate preference questionnaire with blue or black ink only.
  3. Enclose $300.00 housing deposit (payable to Chaminade University). You may also pay by credit card over the phone- contact Residential Life Office at 1-800-735-3733, ext. 340.
  4. Mail all 4 forms in an envelope to:

    Honolulu, HI 96816
  • Complete all areas. Omitting information may delay the processing of your forms.
  • The $300.00 housing deposit is required to process the application/contract.
  • Be sure to read and sign the Contract Terms and Conditions on the reverse side of the application/contract (on page 4 of the online version).
  • Submit your application/contract by the application deadline to improve your chances of receiving your requested assignment preferences. A request for a specific hall and/or room does not guarantee that you’ll receive that assignment.
  • Applications are processed in the order they are received.
