Accepted students can make a tuition deposit with our online tuition deposit form. Deposits can also be made with a credit or debit card by calling Admissions at (808) 739-8340, or you may mail a check or money order to the Admissions Office (please include the yellow form from your acceptance packet).
Once you have made a tuition deposit, we invite you to join a facebook group for new students. The groups are active and friendly! Get to know your classmates before you arrive on campus.

If you intend to live in a residence hall, we recommend that you submit the housing contract and deposit by June 15. You may submit after the recommended date but your choices may be limited.
Living on campus is a highlight of the college experience. Residents can take advantage of a number of organized activities, meet fellow students and visit many great destinations nearby.
Chaminade has a safe, beautiful campus, situated above the city with great views of Honolulu. We encourage a safe atmosphere with a substance-free policy so all students can live in a comfortable environment.
You will have the option to choose a dorm and room type. You will fill out a roommate-compatibility questionnaire and and suggest your preferences for a roommate. (Note: if you live in campus housing you are required by state law to have proof of health insurance.)

Payments for tuition, room & board, and fees must be made before the beginning of the semester. You have the option of signing up for a monthly payment plan. Enrollment in the plan begins July 1 for fall semester. Please note, depending on your financial aid awards you may not need to sign up for a payment plan. For detailed information:
New Student Orientation is an opportunity for you to be introduced to the Chaminade University community & campus. Our sessions and activities are designed to provide a foundation for your academic and social success by linking you to many campus services & resources. There are required and optional sessions, please RSVP. Fall 2014 New Student Orientation is Thursday August 22nd - Sunday August 24th.
We receive many requests for hotel accommodation recommendations for families coming to Oahu for campus visits or orientation. We cannot recommend any specific hotel. However, the Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau has a comprehensive list indexed by the type of facility and other characteristics. There are many good hotels close to Chaminade in Waikiki. On the GoHawaii website, find the"Vacation Directory" sidebar, and click on the "Accommodations" tab.
Once your tuition deposit has been made, our enrollment specialist will assemble your course schedule for fall semester. You will receive a copy of your course schedule by mail.
