Residence Hall Association
The Residence Hall Association (RHA) is composed of student representatives from each Chaminade University residence hall. Members meet to discuss programming ideas intended to complement the Silversword residential experience. RHA is one of the largest student organizations on campus similar to the Chaminade Student Government Association (CSGA).
RHA provides various social and educational activities for residents. These programs aim to uphold the university strategic plan, the Student Life Learning Outcomes, and our Marianist Values. These programs include:
- Alcohol Awareness
- Cultural Appreciation
- Community Service
- Spiritual Development and more
Together with the Chaminade Student Programming Board, the Office of Student Engagement, and other campus partners, RHA is able to offer engaging programs not only to residents, but also the entire student body.
RHA also acts as an advisory body to the Residence Life & Housing Office – which addresses most student life concerns and inquiries.
Our Mission
“The purpose of RHA is to promote the welfare of the students residing in any university controlled property through educational and social programming. RHA shall also address the needs, questions and concerns brought forth by its members and residents to the administration of the university.”
